Method: Programmatic API Key (Public + Private)

1. Go to cloud.mongodb.com and open Access Manager > API Keys.
2. Click Create API Key, and assign it the Organization Billing Viewer role.
3. Copy the Public Key and Private Key. The private key is shown only once — if you lose it, you’ll need to create a new key.
4. Under the key’s IP access list, add your current IP address. Atlas rejects API requests from IPs not on this list.
5. In Plutus, enter the Public Key, Private Key, and your Organization ID (found on the Organization Settings page).
