Method: REST API Key

  1. In PagerDuty, generate an API key. For a personal key, go to your profile icon > My Profile > User Settings and click Create API User Token. For an account-level key, an admin can go to Integrations > API Access Keys and click Create New API Key instead.
  2. Give the key a read-only role — Plutus only reads incidents, it never writes to PagerDuty.
  3. Copy the key.
  4. In Plutus, paste it into the API Key field and click Save & connect.
  5. Click Sync now to pull incident triggers and resolutions.
