What Plutus imports

Only declared incidents from Grafana Incident are synced — not the raw OnCall alert-group firehose, which is individual paged alerts rather than curated, cost-timeline-worthy events. Test incidents are excluded.

Connecting

Method: Service Account Token

  1. In your Grafana Cloud stack, open Administration > Users and access > Service accounts.
  2. Create a service account with the Editor role and generate a token for it.
  3. In Plutus, paste the token along with your stack URL (for example, https://yourorg.grafana.net).
  4. Click Save & connect, then Sync now to pull incident declarations and resolutions.
